Description 
Female hybrid mouse ES cell lines were cultured in serum-free 2i/LIF medium and maintained at an exponential growth phase. We induced Xist expression in these cells using doxycycline (Sigma, D9891) at a final concentration of 2ug/ml for 24hrs.
