This experiment set is replacing 4DNES78Y8Y5K. The experiment type was initially submitted as "Dilution Hi-C" but it was subsequently determined that the correct experiment type is "in situ Hi-C". In order to correct this mistake, the old Experiment Set and associated Experiment have been replaced with new ones of the correct type. This correction does not affect any file or file processing pipeline associated with this data set. Both raw and processed files linked to this experiment or the associated items remain unchanged.
