Data from the 19 consecutive 5-kb loci is not included in this dataset. All spatial coordinate units are um. The unit for cell_size is um^2. All spatial coordinates are relative to the origin of the corresponding field of view (FOV). Drift corrections have been applied so that all coordinates are relative to the coordinate system of the first round of imaging (Hyb0). Spot_ID starts from 1 for each replicate, while Trace_ID and Cell_ID are unique in the whole dataset.
